History

1988 Established as trading company for the Internal Combustion Engine and Machinery Division of Kubota Corporation.
Started export trading of service parts.
1997 Started export trading of production components for KMA (U.S.).
2000 Started import trading of casting parts and other production components from Brazil.
2004 Started export trading of production components for KIE (U.S.).
2007 Started import trading of production components, handled by Machinery Procurement Headquarters of Kubota Corporation.
2008 Started export trading of production components for SKC (Thailand).
2009 Established Sakai Office.
2010 Started interemediate trading of products (exporting of combines made by KAMS (China) to Philippines).
Established logostics center under the control of KMT in Thailand, Korea, and India as cargo consolidating points.
2011 Started interemediate trading of production components, exporting from Thailand and India to KMA (North America).
Established logistics center under the control of KMT in China as cargo consolidating point.
2012 Started exports of production components for KET (Thailand), KCW (China), and KAMS (China).
Received AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) certification.
2013 Transferred the service parts handling to Kubota Corporation.
Started export trading of production facilities for Kubota's manufacturing plants abroad.
2014 Started customs clearance by our own staff.
2015 Started intermediate trading of production components, exporting from ​China to KMA​/KIE​ (North America).
2017 Started delivery of Production synchronization information for lead-time reduction.
Assinged BEPS(Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) work for Kubota
2019 Started contract office work of production components, on behalf of Kubota Tractor Export Dept.
2020 Started exports of production components for EKI (India).
2021 Started exports of production components for GPM (U.S.).
